If wanting to pursue the application process, families may contact the school for an application, or you may download this application form on the website. Once an application is submitted someone from the office will contact you so that you may have an enrollment meeting. An enrollment meeting is where the family may register their child and go over forms. To begin processing applications, HGCA must have a non-refundable registration fee ($125.00) paid on or before that day, original birth certificate, and up-to-date State of Illinois Medical for Child form at the meeting.
